Plant Description:
A compact, deciduous shrub with rich-red flowers against dark green leaves. The "Red Prince" works great in mass plantings or in mixed shrub beds. Can also be used as border plants and makes an attractive firescape. Blooms from late spring through the summer.

Space 5 to 6 feet apart
Cold Hardiness Zones 4 -8
Needs regular watering. At least weekly and more often in the summer heat.
Planting Tips:
Grows to 5' tall and 5' wide
Dig a hole about twice the size of the rootball. Set the top of the rootball at ground level. Fill with a mixture of compost and soil. Water well.
